Located in one of the steel manufacturing bases, Shandong Province, our factory covers an area of 60,000 square meters. We are one of the Shandong steel manufacturers.
At present, the company has five finishing production lines and two hot rolling production lines: one is a 60, 90 type piercing machine, which mainly produces stainless steel pipes with an outer diameter of 22mm-750mm; the other is a 325mm ASSRL tube mill, which adopts an automation system with mandrel pre-wear, limited small cycle, and three-level microcomputer control. The stainless steel sheet hot rolling production line was established on December 28, 2011 and completed on July 11, 2014. In the first hot rolling test on July 1, 2014, qualified hot coils were successfully launched, which is almost unprecedented in the world's hot rolling mills. This once again proves LDJS's management capabilities and deep technical background.
